Noah is a proud native of Central Pennsylvania having grown up in Turbotville, PA where he enjoyed Scouting and helping out at his home church. Noah is proud to now serve his community where he grew up at MPVH.

Noah received his law degree from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Noah graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. While in college Noah was President of the University’s Speech and Debate team.

Noah currently serves as Vice President of the Upper Susquehanna Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and as a board member of the ELCA’s national organization.

Noah focuses his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Municipal, Employment, and Land Use Law.

Noah is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Pennsylvania and Federal Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Lycoming Law Association.
